As Studio Art Director in a multi-faceted creative role, Julia leads the studio team and oversees all still and video assets for social, Etail and in-store for Benefit Cosmetics.

Julia works on a variety of complex projects including creative ideation, team collaboration, stakeholder reviews and oversight. Her background in both fine art and digital art give her a unique perspective, and her experience in creative problem solving for consumer touch-points culminated in her appointment as Studio Art Director.

Julia has a strong understanding of the intricate global beauty industry and has both the desire and ability to develop disruptive, risk-taking ideas enabling strategic marketing.
